I think I might give it another go with joining a camera club. I belonged to one a few years ago, but got fed up with looking at other people’s pictures week in in – week out. It seemed that every week it was a competition or a guest speaker.
So, the question is which one?
Now you would think that in this day and age, all the local camera clubs would have websites where you could have a look at their programmes and gallery. Well you would be wrong. It seems that about half the camera clubs in the southern federation don’t have websites, including the one I’m thinking of.
Hmm, I will just have to go along and see for myself. Maybe I could set up a website for them if I join (and they want one of course).
