This photo is my first to reach 300 views on Flickr. Given I took it on 6th September 2009, I’m pretty chuffed with that. It was taken in the butterfly house at the New Forest Otter and Owl Wildlife Park

I’m into 5 figures on the number of views of my photos on Flickr. Not bad going, I guess, as I only joined about a year ago.
I went over to Arundel on Saturday. My plan was to go around the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust with the camera but I got distracted and wandered up and down Mill Road looking for Water Voles instead. Got a few nice shots, but I must remember to turn off the image stabilisation on  my big lens [...]
I was looking at my stats on flickr tonight and noticed that this blog is linking to the turtle photograph that I took at Blue Reef Aquarium a while ago. Which is nice.
